Evening Standard: Simon Murray’s Turn Ups & Mankles

Simon from Hoxton wears Dockers trousers, Lyle & Scott scarf & Hudson shoes. Check out his enviable ‘mankles’.

The current bipolar weather in London can make selecting an outfit a confusing matter. One solution for the corporate man is to whip off ones socks at the first sign of sunshine and put a neat turn up or two in your trousers, and Hoxton based sales exec Simon Murray is a leading example. Pictured in North London, 28 year old Simon shows his bare ‘mankles’ with Dockers trousers, a shirt from Paradigm, a blazer tailored in Mumbai, Next tie, Lyle & Scott scarf and Hudson brogue shoes. Picture featured in Evening Standard’s London Looks.

The creative trio also host ‘COUP!’, a regular East London indoor music and art festival that allows artists to come together in a frenzy of vintage clothes, cakes and jewellery stalls, alongside performing bands, poets and DJ’s. The next one is in place of the missing Glastonbury on Saturday 23rdJune at Dalston’s Hysteria. See our photos of 1914s out to play in Stoke Newington…
