[dropcap]A[/dropcap]lunaGeorge launched their long awaited debut album Body Lines last week, with tracks like floaty garage classic in the making ‘Your Drums/Your Love’ and smooth as ice cream ‘Outlines’ which has me sauntering round the house like a slinky cat. The London duo Aluna Francis and George Reid have already been nominated for a BRIT for their ‘futuristic pop’ and came second in BBC’s Sound of 2013. Aluna’s style looks to be an important ingredient to AlunaGeorge’s appeal, she was spotted at Vivienne Westwood’s London Fashion Week AW13 show and is never without some thoughtful but wearable style; oversized shirts, Nike Air Max trainers or glammed up in a Theyskens Theory dress for the BRIT 2013 awards. We also love her Pinterest board for style inspiration. She told Never Under Dressed, ‘I have quite a practical approach to everything I wear and my make up, I think in the same way I would if I was going to a rave-I’m gonna get very sweaty but I still want to stand out.’ That a’girl!
